To understand the needs and pain points of dentists and clinics in managing aligner cases, tracking patient progress, and coordinating treatments, in order to optimize platform usability and functionality.
After receiving feedback from usability testing, it became clear that users need more clarity regarding issue details within topics. There is also a need to evaluate whether features should be offered as paid or free options. Additionally, adding timestamps in chat discussions and a feature to share images were identified as valuable improvements, particularly for troubleshooting purposes.
