The primary objective was to enhance user experience and engagement by simplifying aligner usage tracking, improving adherence through reminders, and providing tools for personalized progress monitoring and effective dentist-patient communication.
After receiving feedback from usability testing, users expressed a preference for a convenient and flexible aligner tracking system that provides clear progress updates and facilitates easy communication with their dentist. Key challenges identified include inconsistencies in tracking usage, difficulty managing progress for multiple trays, and the absence of reminders for tray replacements. Enhancements such as incorporating a "Live Chat" feature for direct communication with dentists, clearer tracking indicators, and improved customization options can significantly enhance the overall user experience.
